We’re in the biz of making awesome bath stuff. We want you to love it.  We also want you to shop with confidence knowing your products are yours and yours alone. Because of the handmade nature of our goods and for obvious hygiene reasons, we cannot accept product returns. We do, however, offer refunds if you’re not satisfied.

Fresha Soap is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient found in our products. All of the products listed on our website have a complete ingredients list. Seriously. We really don’t want you to have a negative reaction. If you’re sensitive to any ingredient, patch testing is a good idea. If you have any type of negative reaction, please discontinue use immediately!

Regarding nut and gluten allergies and intolerances, we are NOT a nut-free or gluten-free production facility. We cannot prevent possible cross-contamination. We do our best to be gluten-friendly, but we can’t make any promises.

Damaged Items

We do our very best to ensure your products arrive safely and whole. Due to the handmade nature of our products, sometimes unforeseen circumstances and weather can cause products to melt, freeze, or crack. Trust me, this is no bueno.

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email at freshasoap (AT) gmail (DOT) com within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product. Photos are encouraged and greatly appreciated. Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card or Paypal account used at the time of purchase.

Fresha Soap is all about getting your goodies in your hands quickly. You can expect your package to ship within 1-3 business days, depending on the time of the year. We will email you with a tracking number when your order is ready to ship.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

After placing your order, you’ll have 24 hours from the time of placement to cancel. You must email freshasoap@gmail.com and receive confirmation in writing to obtain a refund.

Terminations

Fresha Soap reserves the right to cancel any transaction at any time for any reason. You will be notified via email if an order is terminated. Though rare, in the case of a terminated order, you will receive a full refund including your shipping costs.
