Shipping
NOTE: Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We apologize to our friends around the globe!
We offer a few different shipping options to our customers, including free shipping when purchasing over $50 of products. We utilize USPS for our shipping needs and will process, pack, and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Depending on the type of shipping selected upon checkout, you should receive your items no later than 8 business days — with the slowest shipping at the busiest time of year, for example.
USPS First Class shipping is for product selections under 16 oz. It is the slower of our shipping options (typically 3-5 business days), but it is the cheapest. This option will not show as available for carts with product weights over 16 oz. total (including packaging.)
USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping is available for all purchase amounts and weights. This is the faster of our shipping options (2 business days.) This is also the default shipping option for orders weighing more than 16 oz total (including packaging.) It will include a tracking number which will be emailed to you when your order is processed and shipped.

Sales Tax
Ohio Sales Tax is determined by our business address (point of origin, zip code 43201) and applied to all orders shipped to addresses in Ohio. Additionally, the State of Ohio considers shipping as taxable. Sales tax will be determined based on your products and chosen shipping option. It will be displayed upon checkout.
For out of state customers, you are responsible for determining your sales and use tax rate and paying it independently.
Product Reviews
As a growing business, we rely on your honest feedback to make the most awesome bath stuff we can. Upon completion of your order, you may be asked to review your experience. If ever you want to opt out, please let us know! (We hate Spam, too. It’s the worst. We don’t want to be “that guy”!)
